If you searching for a role that will keep you challenged, motivated and financially rewarded, then look at recruitment. We offer one of the best routes into recruitment available. From classroom training to on the job experience, within a few months you’ll have all the knowledge you need to be independently responsible for your own clients. But don’t panic — your managers and colleagues will always support you the whole way. You should hold a degree, in any discipline and speak and write fluent English. Some sales experience (such as telesales) might be useful, but it's not essential as we'll provide all the training you need. But above all we're looking for people with the confidence to deal with executives face-to-face and over the phone, with the tenacity and desire to succeed, and for people who can see that working hard in a sales-based role will reap many leisurely rewards.
